Godhead and Cement Shoes Records have parted ways. Godhead is currently
writing their new album and preparing for their winter tour with Jonathan
Davis of Korn.

ROCK & FILM HORROR FESTIVAL "EVERYDAY JOE"
A short film that Jason starred in and co-produced called "Everyday
Joe" is going to be playing at the "Rock and Horror Fest" October
13th at the C.I.A. in Burbank. The fest starts at 8pm and the film shows
at 10pm. Also in the film with Jason is Persia White who you might know from
the show "Girlfriends" and Zach Throne from the show "Beverly
Hills, 90210."

GODHEAD TO FILM ACOUSTIC CONCERT DVD
Godhead will be filming an acoustic concert this Wednesday, April 25th,
8PM at Citizen Smith in Hollywood, CA for a DVD that will be released later
this year. Cement Shoes Records/Coming Home Studios president, Dan Catullo
will be producing and directing this event. Dan Catullo has also produced
and directed such DVDs as "Rush in Rio", "Changes: Godsmack", "Marilyn
Manson: Guns, God and Government", and "The Cult: Music Without Fear"
to name only a few. Come down to Citizen Smith this Wednesday and see it
transformed into a once in a lifetime concert venue.

"THE SHADOW LINE" BY GODHEAD IS ONLY TWO WEEKS AWAY!
Hey guys, Jason here again. I’m going to keep on reminding you about our new album, “The Shadow Line” until it comes out! On Tuesday, August 29th it will be in stores all over North America and I want to make sure you get one. Don’t forget you’ll get a bonus DVD with it as well!

If you live in Los Angeles, don’t forget we’re playing the Roxy Theatre this Friday night (the 18th). This will be our LAST SHOW before our tour in September. I’ll talk about that later though…
We have two shows coming up at the beginning of September that we are really excited about. The first one is Taste of Madison on September 2nd on the WJJO stage in Madison, WI. Speaking of WJJO, the day before the show on September 1st we’ll be appearing on WJJO, as well as doing a record store signing at the Exclusive Company in Madison that day. We’ll post the time on our website as soon as we get it.
On September 3rd we’ll be flying to Atlanta to play the world famous Dragon Con, a convention that we’ve always loved to play with over 30,000 attendees. We first played Dragon Con years ago, opening for the Misfits and GWAR. This time we’ll be headlining at midnight on Sunday night (technically Monday morning).
When we return to Los Angeles on the 4th, we’ll be days away from leaving for a tour of the States with our friends Ill Nino and RA. We’re really fired up to be touring with these two great bands!

RELEASE OF GODHEAD'S "THE SHADOW LINE" IS JUST ONE
MONTH AWAY!
Hi everyone, Jason here. I’m excited that “The Shadow Line” is going to be released in one month, and I wanted to tell you about what else is coming with the CD. When you buy “The Shadow Line” (hopefully on the day it comes out, August 29th) you are going to get a BONUS DVD with it. This will not be a dual disc or an advanced CD but you will actually get a CD and a DVD. On the DVD will be 3 music videos and a 25 minute documentary on the band, from making the album to making the video and other behind the scenes stuff. This will NOT increase the price of the package AT ALL and you will be getting both discs for the price of one CD. We wanted to do this for a while and now we finally have the means to do so.
Thanks for supporting us for so many years. With this album and new label I believe we will finally live up to the potential that we’ve always had and what many of you have hoped for us. There are SO many factors for a record to be successful, from marketing to touring to timing and more, but it all starts with YOU, our supporters. Your letters have really kept us going when we’ve gone through dark times, as so many of you have told us that our music has done the same for you. I think everyone wants to make a difference in the world, and I’m glad that in some small way our music has made a difference in your world. Please know I try to read every one of your emails and letters and I truly appreciate every single one.
We also plan to tour HEAVILY to promote this record for the rest of this year and on into 2007, in North America as well as Europe and beyond. Our agent is currently booking a package tour that includes two COOL bands that we’ll be touring with. I’m not sure I can announce that yet so I’ll keep it under wraps for now. Look for tour dates to be posted in the next few weeks.

NEW DRUMMER, NEW VIDEO AND MORE DATES
Jason, Mike and Ullrich are saddened to report that James O’Connor has left the band for personal reasons. On the verge of the release of a new album and tour, Godhead wasted no time in finding a great new drummer, Glendon Crain. Los Angeles residents may know Glendon from John 5’s ‘Loser’ project. He will make his live debut with Godhead on Tuesday, June 13th in Las Vegas.
Last Thursday, Godhead filmed a music video for their first single “Trapped In Your Lies” with the Fort Awesome directing team. Stills from the shoot can be seen here. The video will be released to the public on July 18th, in unison with the single being released to radio.
Godhead’s new album “The Shadow Line” will be released on August 29th, 2006 in North America and on September 4th, 2006 worldwide.
